Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Track record of launching technologies with >$500M impact
- Experience securing federal/state innovation grants
- Proficiency in technology forecasting methodologies
- Fluency in Mandarin or German (for global partnerships)
