Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of scaling tech products to enterprise level
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (blockchain, AI, IoT)
- MBA or advanced degree in technology/strategy preferred
- Experience with futures forecasting methodologies
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication
- Certified Innovation Professional (CIP) or equivalent
