- Develop KPI frameworks measuring ROI and ethical impact of tech initiatives
- Present strategic recommendations to board members and investors
- Manage $2M+ annual innovation budget across R&D projects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ in emerging tech domains
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Proven track record scaling SaaS or hardware products to $100M+ ARR
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks (GDPR, CCPA, NIST AI RMF)
- Certifications in Agile/Scrum and Technology Architecture
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Harvard Business Review
