Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record in emerging tech adoption (AI, IoT, blockchain, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech focus
- Deep understanding of global tech landscape and regulatory frameworks
