Responsibilities
- Architect and execute 5-year technology strategy aligning with 2026 market predictions
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum, AR/VR, neuromorphic computing)
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives with engineering and product teams
- Develop innovation frameworks for sustainable tech adoption
- Conduct competitive analysis and patent landscape mapping
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor junior innovators through our Future Leaders Program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech commercialization
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, IoT)
- Strong data modeling and predictive analytics skills
- Published research or patents in technology innovation
- Experience scaling technology roadmaps from concept to launch
- Certification in Technology Strategy or Innovation Management preferred
