Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future vision into product strategies
- Analyze competitive landscapes and disruption vectors for emerging tech sectors
- Present strategic frameworks to executive stakeholders and investment committees
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory impacts on future tech adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, AR/VR, decentralized systems)
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products/services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional analytical and scenario-planning capabilities
- Experience with technology foresight methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Portfolio demonstrating strategic tech transformation projects
