Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Develop and maintain 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate technology strategy into corporate planning
- Assess and prioritize emerging technologies through market research and competitive analysis
- Build cross-functional innovation labs to prototype future solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders and secure executive buy-in
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory impacts on technology adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technology assessment and commercialization
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI, quantum, Web3, etc.)
- Experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical data
- Exceptional communication skills for executive-level presentations
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Published thought leadership in technology innovation or strategy
