Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology strategy roadmap with measurable impact milestones
- Lead research initiatives in quantum computing, synthetic biology, and neural interfaces
- Partner with venture capital team to identify and acquire disruptive startups
- Present technology forecasts to C-suite and board members with data-driven insights
- Establish ethical frameworks for emerging technology deployment
- Mentor next-generation technologists through our Future Leaders program
- Secure $50M+ annual R&D budget allocation across innovation verticals
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech leadership
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Published research in Nature/Science or top-tier tech conferences
- Proven track record of commercializing breakthrough technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AGI, neurotech, or climate tech
- Experience securing federal/state innovation grants ($10M+)
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic (for global partnerships)
