- Establish KPIs and frameworks for measuring innovation ROI and technology adoption
- Represent company at global tech forums and shape industry standards
- Mentor innovation teams and foster a culture of calculated risk-taking
- Secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in C-suite or VP-level roles
- Proven track record of scaling technology initiatives across Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, blockchain, biotech)
- Executive presence with demonstrated success influencing board-level decisions
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering from top-tier institution
- Prior experience building innovation labs or technology incubators
- Published thought leadership in leading industry journals (Nature, IEEE, etc.)
- Fluency in Mandarin and/or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
