- Create competitive analysis reports on global tech innovation landscapes
- Lead innovation sprints with engineering teams to prototype future solutions
- Present quarterly tech strategy reviews to executive leadership
- Build and manage a network of technology futurists and industry experts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing and executing future-tech roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies with market implementation experience
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex trends into strategy
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Innovation
