Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead research initiatives in AI, quantum computing, and sustainable tech to identify disruptive opportunities
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate future-tech solutions into product roadmaps
- Manage a $2M innovation budget for experimental projects and proof-of-concept developments
- Present strategic findings to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and executive reports
- Mentor a cross-functional team of 15+ engineers and researchers
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups for ecosystem development
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, with 5+ years in emerging tech (AI/quantum/sustainable tech)
- Proven track record of scaling tech initiatives from concept to enterprise deployment
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep expertise in cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP) and distributed systems
- Certification in Agile/Scrum and strategic planning methodologies
- Experience with patent development and intellectual property strategy
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
