- Establish KPIs for tech adoption and ROI measurement

Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech specialization
- 8+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record scaling emerging tech solutions in enterprise environments
- Expertise in AI/ML, blockchain, or sustainable tech frameworks
- Strong financial modeling for tech ROI and budget forecasting
- Experience with agile methodologies and DevOps integration
- Certified in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, CIMP) preferred
