- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and research teams
- Establish KPIs for technology ROI and digital transformation initiatives
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and industry thought leaders
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and regulatory developments impacting innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record of launching disruptive technology initiatives
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains: AI, quantum, AR/VR, or synthetic biology
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
- Experience leading cross-continental R&D teams
- Deep understanding of tech ethics and responsible innovation frameworks
