Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech adoption (AI/ML, IoT, blockchain)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Experience scaling tech teams in fast-paced environments
- Deep understanding of regulatory and ethical implications of emerging tech
- Certifications in Agile/Scrum and technology management preferred
