Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 3-5 year technology strategy roadmap aligned with 2026 market projections
- Lead cross-functional innovation teams in prototyping and validating emerging technologies
- Identify and evaluate disruptive technologies (quantum, AGI, neurotech) for commercial viability
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes to inform strategic pivots
- Drive adoption of cutting-edge frameworks like Web4.0 and decentralized infrastructure
- Manage $10M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused technology portfolio management
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record developing future-focused technology roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, AGI, blockchain, biotech
- Executive experience in scaling tech-driven organizations (>500 employees)
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Strategy
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation (patents, journals, conferences)
- Experience securing $50M+ in strategic technology investments
