Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market forecasts and regulatory landscapes
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable infrastructure
- Partner with C-suite to translate future tech trends into actionable business strategies
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring innovation ROI and ethical tech adoption
- Manage $5M+ annual innovation budget across emerging tech verticals
- Represent the company at global tech summits and policy forums shaping 2026 tech standards
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology roles with proven impact on future-focused initiatives
- MSc/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism; MBA preferred
- Expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or decentralized AI
- Published thought leadership on 2026+ tech trends (IEEE, Nature, or equivalent)
- Experience scaling tech teams from 10 to 100+ members across global hubs
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act, US AI Bill of Rights, and other 2026 regulatory frameworks
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python/Go/Rust) and cloud architecture
