Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps spanning 2026-2030, aligning with business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3.0) for strategic integration
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions with measurable impact metrics
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech innovators

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with proven future-tech deployment
