- Develop and implement 2026+ technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market forecasts
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions (AI, biotech, AR/VR)
- Analyze global tech trends, regulatory shifts, and competitive landscapes to identify strategic opportunities
- Present future technology strategies to executive boards and investor stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators for R&D collaboration
- Mentor emerging tech leaders through our Future Fellows program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or C-suite leadership
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Proven track record launching future-focused products (2020-2025)
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, generative AI, sustainable tech)
- Executive presentation skills with experience to Fortune 500 audiences
- Strategic certifications (e.g., CTO-level, Innovation Management)
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism (papers, patents, keynotes)
