- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with transformative potential
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Drive adoption of sustainable tech practices across all product development cycles
- Mentor junior researchers while fostering an experimental, fail-fast culture
- Secure partnerships with academic institutions and global tech leaders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record with emerging technologies (quantum, AI, blockchain, biotech)
- Expertise in technology forecasting and market trend analysis
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
