- Mentor a team of 15+ engineers and researchers in experimental technology development

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech domains
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products valued at $50M+
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or sustainable tech ecosystems
- Experience securing $10M+ in R&D funding from venture capital or government grants
- Certification in Strategic Technology Management or equivalent (e.g., CSTM)
