Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with 5+ in emerging technologies
- Proven track record launching future-oriented products (2019-2025)
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science/Engineering or related field
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier journals
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and strategic modeling tools
- Experience securing federal/state innovation grants ($1M+)
