- Secure $10M+ in R&D grants from NSF and DARPA
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board members
- Mentor junior researchers in ethical tech development

Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in strategic tech planning with Fortune 500 companies
- Published research in Nature/Science on emerging technologies
- Expertise in AI ethics, sustainable architecture, and quantum computing
- Proven track record of scaling R&D initiatives from concept to market
- Security clearance (Top Secret preferred)
