Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ technology roadmaps aligning with ESG goals and market disruption forecasts
- Lead quantum computing pilot programs for enterprise-scale optimization
- Architect AI governance frameworks ensuring ethical deployment across global operations
- Partner with product teams to integrate Web3.0 infrastructure into core offerings
- Present strategic recommendations to investors and board members quarterly
- Manage $5M+ R&D budget allocation for emerging tech experimentation
- Mentor junior strategists in future-proof methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in future tech forecasting
- Proven experience scaling quantum/AI initiatives beyond pilot phases
- Certification in Quantum Computing Architecture (QCA) or equivalent
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature Futures journal
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming language (QASM, Q#)
- Experience with carbon-neutral tech implementation frameworks
- Background in Fortune 500 digital transformation programs
- PhD in Computer Science or related field preferred
