Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026-focused technology roadmaps aligned with market disruption forecasts
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with 2026 commercialization potential
- Partner with C-suite to integrate future-tech strategies into enterprise planning
- Build and manage an innovation pipeline of 15+ 2026-targeted projects
- Present strategic briefings to investors and board members on future-tech ROI
- Drive organizational adoption of agile methodologies for long-term tech adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years focused on future-tech forecasting
- Proven track record of launching products with 3-5 year market impact
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, AR/VR)
- MBA or advanced degree in Technology Management preferred
- Certification in Foresight Methodology or Horizon Scanning
- Published research on 2025-2026 technology trends
- Experience leading cross-functional teams of 15+ technical professionals
- Fluency in strategic modeling tools (e.g., System Dynamics, Scenario Planning)
