Responsibilities
- Architect and implement 5-year technology strategy aligned with business objectives for 2026 market readiness
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive trends and competitive threats
- Develop ROI models for next-gen tech investments including blockchain and neuromorphic systems
- Present strategic roadmaps to executive stakeholders and venture capital partners
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI deployment and digital sovereignty
- Mentor junior strategists in future-proof methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech roles
- Proven track record launching at least two industry-disruptive solutions
- Expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, neuromorphic systems, decentralized AI, or climate tech
- Certified in Futures Thinking (e.g., from WFS or Foresight University)
- Experience with enterprise-scale digital transformation ($50M+ projects)
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech journals (e.g., Nature Futures, MIT Tech Review)
- MBA or equivalent with specialization in innovation management preferred
