- Partner with C-suite to align tech strategy with business objectives and investor relations
- Direct $15M+ R&D budget allocation for experimental projects and strategic acquisitions
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring innovation ROI and technology adoption curves
- Represent company at global tech summits and shape industry standards through thought leadership
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with proven impact on product development cycles
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Analytics
- Expertise in emerging tech frameworks (Gartner Hype Cycle, Porter's Five Forces for tech)
- Track record of launching 3+ enterprise-scale technology initiatives
- Deep understanding of regulatory landscapes (EU AI Act, US CHIPS Act implications)
- Certifications in Agile/Scrum and technology forecasting methodologies
- Experience scaling tech teams from 10 to 100+ professionals
