Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 3-5 year technology strategy aligned with market trends and business objectives for 2026
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech) and assess their commercial viability and scalability
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize technical insights into actionable product roadmaps
- Partner with C-suite executives to align technology investments with growth targets
- Monitor global tech policy and regulatory shifts to ensure compliance and strategic positioning
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of innovation and forward-thinking
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in technology strategy, product management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in anticipating tech trends and translating them into market-ready solutions
- Expertise in at least two emerging fields: quantum computing, generative AI, or sustainable tech
- Strong analytical skills with experience in scenario planning and competitive analysis
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration (PhD preferred)
