Responsibilities

- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for strategic integration
- Lead scenario planning for technological disruptions and competitive threats
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Build partnerships with research institutions and industry pioneers
- Establish KPIs for innovation initiatives and measure ROI of futuristic investments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven experience developing long-term technology roadmaps (5+ year horizon)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, AR/VR, blockchain, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable strategies
- Strong background in ethical technology frameworks and responsible innovation
- Track record of successful cross-functional leadership in matrix organizations
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration preferred
