Responsibilities

- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and decentralized systems
- Partner with product teams to integrate emerging tech into commercial offerings
- Establish KPIs for innovation ROI and track adoption of future-facing solutions
- Present strategic insights to investors, board members, and industry forums
- Mentor innovation teams in agile methodologies and disruptive thinking
- Monitor geopolitical shifts and regulatory changes affecting tech deployment
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with proven 2020s tech adoption success
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum computing, AGI, or Web3.0
- Track record of scaling tech initiatives from concept to $100M+ impact
- Certification in Future Studies or Technology Foresight (preferred)
- Published thought leadership in IEEE, MIT Tech Review, or similar
- Experience with scenario planning for black swan events
- Proficiency in innovation frameworks (e.g., Horizons Three, Double Diamond)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field
