Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy aligned with 2026 market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in researching and evaluating emerging technologies (AI, quantum, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify disruptive opportunities
- Present technology roadmaps to stakeholders with clear ROI projections and implementation plans
- Drive innovation through strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Ensure ethical and sustainable integration of new technologies into existing infrastructure
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of continuous learning and experimentation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or related field
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused technology roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into business strategies
- Experience presenting to C-level executives and board members
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Certifications in emerging technologies (e.g., Google Cloud AI, AWS Machine Learning) preferred
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with executive presence
