Responsibilities

- Partner with C-suite to integrate future technologies into core business strategy
- Identify and evaluate disruptive startups for potential acquisition or partnership
- Present technology forecasts to stakeholders with actionable implementation plans
- Build and lead a specialized future-tech incubation team
- Ensure ethical frameworks guide all technological innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech adoption (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep understanding of tech convergence and exponential growth models
- Exceptional analytical and scenario-planning capabilities
- Experience building high-impact innovation teams
- Certification in Future Studies or Technology Foresight preferred
