Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping AI/quantum/IoT solutions for Fortune 500 clients
- Analyze emerging tech trends (neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology) to identify commercial opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets with ROI-driven resource allocation
- Establish strategic partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and NASA research initiatives
- Drive digital transformation for clients in autonomous systems and decentralized finance
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech leadership
- Expertise in at least three of: AI ethics, quantum computing, blockchain, or biotech convergence
- Proven track record of launching commercialized future-tech solutions
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism preferred
- Certifications in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
- Published thought leadership in IEEE Nature or similar tier-1 journals
- Experience scaling teams from 5 to 50+ engineers in high-growth environments
- Security clearance eligibility for DoD/NASA collaborative projects
