Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and organizational goals
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech fusion) for strategic integration
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate technical concepts into actionable business strategies
- Partner with C-suite executives to align technology investments with revenue targets
- Anticipate regulatory and ethical implications of future tech deployments
- Build industry-wide thought leadership through whitepapers and conference presentations
- Mentor innovation teams in rapid prototyping and future-focused development
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership roles
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, Web3, AR/VR, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching future-oriented products or services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Experience developing scenarios for 2026+ technology landscapes
- Strong network with tech incubators, VCs, and research institutions
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Forecasting preferred
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
