Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech

- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Business Strategy
- Certifications in AI governance (e.g., CAG, CAIGI) or quantum computing

- Portfolio demonstrating technology roadmap implementation
