Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps for AI-driven automation and quantum computing integration
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions for Fortune 500 clients
- Analyze emerging tech trends (Web4, AR/VR, neuromorphic computing) to identify commercial opportunities
- Secure $10M+ in R&D funding through strategic partnerships with VCs and government agencies
- Present strategic briefings to the Board of Directors and CTO council
- Mentor a team of 5+ engineers and product specialists in agile innovation methodologies
- Drive sustainability initiatives by reducing carbon footprint in tech deployments by 40%
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record launching AI/quantum products generating >$50M ARR
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent industry breakthroughs
- Published research in IEEE Nature or peer-reviewed journals on future tech
- Expertise in blockchain, neural networks, and sustainable tech frameworks
- Experience securing SBIR grants or DARPA partnerships
- Fluency in Mandarin or German for global collaboration
- Top 1% problem-solving skills (validated by HackerRank or equivalent assessments)
