Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market evolution and corporate vision
- Lead research initiatives in emerging fields (quantum, biotech, AI ethics) to identify competitive advantages
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage innovation incubators for prototyping next-gen technologies
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and their impact on business strategy
- Mentor junior strategists and cultivate a culture of future-focused innovation
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with proven track record in emerging domains
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI governance, sustainable tech
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- Prior success leading cross-functional innovation initiatives
