Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps for emerging sectors including quantum AI and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions with 10+ year implementation horizons
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with exponential potential
- Present visionary technology frameworks to C-suite executives and board members
- Drive sustainable technology initiatives aligned with global ESG standards
- Mentor junior strategists in future-proof methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech innovation
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum computing, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Proven track record of scaling technologies from concept to global implementation
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep understanding of exponential technology trends and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight preferred
