Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping emerging technologies (quantum AI, neural interfaces)
- Conduct competitive analysis and identify disruptive opportunities in tech convergence
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-backed insights
- Manage innovation budgets and ROI projections for experimental initiatives
- Foster partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Document technology adoption frameworks and scalability models
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech domains
- Proven track record leading large-scale digital transformation projects
- Expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum computing, or biotech integration
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFAP) or equivalent experience
- Strong financial modeling skills for tech innovation ROI
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or industry conferences
- Experience managing global remote innovation teams
- MBA or MS in Technology Management preferred
