Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with global market evolution
- Conduct horizon-scanning research on emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3) and their disruptive potential
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership with quantified ROI projections
- Build and maintain relationships with academic institutions, startups, and industry consortia
- Author thought leadership publications on technology trends and future-proofing strategies
- Manage innovation portfolio allocation across emerging tech verticals
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with specialization in emerging technologies
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven experience implementing future-focused technology roadmaps in Fortune 500 environments
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, quantum, blockchain, biotech)
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent foresight methodology training preferred
- Exceptional data visualization and strategic communication skills
- Portfolio demonstrating successful technology commercialization projects
- Experience with agile innovation frameworks and rapid prototyping methodologies
