Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 5-year technology strategy aligned with market forecasts for 2026
- Lead cross-functional teams to integrate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, Web3)
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify disruptive opportunities
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite executives and board members
- Manage innovation lab initiatives and prototype development cycles
- Collaborate with R&D teams to translate strategic vision into technical specifications
- Drive thought leadership through industry publications and conference presentations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of implementing future-focused technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, IoT, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Exceptional analytical and systems-thinking capabilities
- Strong executive communication and presentation skills
- Certification in strategic planning or technology foresight (preferred)
- Experience scaling technology initiatives in high-growth environments
