Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026-2030 technology strategy aligned with corporate vision
- Lead market research on emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, biotech)
- Build strategic partnerships with tech startups, academia, and industry consortiums
- Present technology roadmaps to C-suite and Board of Directors
- Oversee R&D budget allocation ($50M+) for future-focused initiatives
- Mentor innovation teams and foster internal startup culture
- Represent company at global tech summits and policy forums
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech commercialization
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, climate tech, or neurotech
- Experience with Fortune 500 technology roadmapping
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies
- Certified in Technology Strategy (CTS) or equivalent
- Fluency in English and Mandarin/Spanish preferred
