Responsibilities
- Design and implement technology foresight frameworks for 2026+ market readiness
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (AR/VR, biotech, neural interfaces)
- Develop patent-pending methodologies for emerging tech risk assessment
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board members quarterly
- Forge strategic partnerships with MIT Media Lab, NASA, and global innovation hubs
- Mentor 10+ technical specialists through personalized growth programs
- Drive sustainability integration into all technology roadmaps
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Proven track record scaling SaaS platforms to $100M+ ARR
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futuristics
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier-1 journals
- Certification in Quantum Computing Architecture or equivalent
- Experience securing federal/state-level innovation grants ($1M+)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ commercialized futuristic technologies
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks for AI/autonomous systems
