Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with emerging market trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling disruptive technologies
- Conduct horizon scanning and scenario planning for quantum/AI convergence
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry leaders
- Present technological vision to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons and R&D initiatives
- Monitor ethical implications of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Proven experience with scenario planning and futures methodologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
