Responsibilities

- Design innovation frameworks for rapid prototyping and pilot programs
- Partner with product teams to integrate futuristic technologies into core offerings
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling narratives and data visualizations
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets and vendor ecosystems for cutting-edge solutions
- Establish KPIs to measure technology adoption ROI and competitive positioning
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology roles with 5+ years in C-suite or senior leadership positions
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (portfolio required)
- Expertise in futures forecasting methodologies and scenario planning
- Deep understanding of regulatory landscapes for disruptive technologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with focus on innovation
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence technical and non-technical audiences
- Certification in technology strategy (e.g., CTO Academy, Tech Strategy Institute) preferred
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation journals or conferences
