Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with 2026 market projections
- Lead quantum computing integration projects with Fortune 100 partners
- Architect AI-driven sustainability frameworks for industrial automation
- Manage $50M+ R&D budgets across 3 international innovation hubs
- Present future tech insights at Davos and Web Summit conferences
- Mentor PhD fellows in emerging technologies through our Nexus Fellowship program
- Drive patent development for at least 3 breakthrough innovations annually
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record scaling AI/quantum solutions to enterprise level
- Published research in Nature or Science journals within last 5 years
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Experience securing federal grants for future-tech initiatives
- Deep understanding of blockchain, neuromorphic computing, and climate-tech
- Certified in AWS Quantum Technologies and Google AI Leadership
