Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in anticipating tech trends (e.g., blockchain, IoT)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
- Expertise in cross-functional team leadership and stakeholder management
