Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in C-suite roles
- Published research in Nature/Science on emerging technologies
- Track record of launching products with >$1B market impact
- Expertise in regulatory landscapes across 15+ countries
- Fluency in Mandarin and Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
- Portfolio demonstrating 2025+ tech implementation success
