Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 experience
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record scaling AI/ML solutions to enterprise level
- Deep expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, blockchain, neuromorphic systems
- Published research in IEEE or Nature Technology journals
- Strong financial modeling skills with budget management >$3M
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, Java, or Rust preferred)
