Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026+ technology strategy, aligning with corporate vision and market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (quantum algorithms, generative AI ethics, carbon-neutral tech stacks)
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions (MIT, Stanford) and tech pioneers (OpenAI, IBM Quantum)
- Conduct horizon-scanning analyses of emerging technologies (neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology, Web3.0)
- Present strategic roadmaps to investors and board members with data-driven ROI projections
- Mentor senior engineers in future-proofing architectures and ethical tech development
- Drive innovation through quarterly hackathons and $1M annual R&D grants
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology roles with demonstrable impact on future-facing initiatives
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation (PhD preferred)
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: quantum computing, generative AI, or biotech
- Proven track record of launching products with $50M+ revenue or paradigm-shifting industry impact
- Certifications in Strategic Foresight (e.g., APF) and AI Governance frameworks (e.g., IEEE 7000)
