Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or similar leadership role
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused technology roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, biotech convergence, and decentralized systems
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into business strategy
- Experience leading cross-functional teams across product, engineering, and marketing domains
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Certifications in strategic foresight or innovation management preferred
